How I can help
I offer mediation support in family, workplace, private, and civil conflicts.
I help parties pause and truly hear one another, creating the conditions for solutions based on understanding rather than escalation.
I work using empathic communication, supporting:
- identifying needs and emotions
- bringing clarity to complex situations
- rebuilding dialogue between parties
My role is not to impose solutions, but to create a space in which mutual understanding can emerge.
Who it is for
Mediation is available for:
- couples and families
- workplace teams
- individuals involved in private or professional disputes
I particularly support situations where:
- communication has become difficult
- parties hold different perspectives or values
- there is an intercultural context
- conversations are affected by strong emotions or past experiences
How I work
I create a safe and structured space for dialogue, where each person has the opportunity to speak and be heard.
I draw on empathic communication as well as knowledge of conflict processes and social dynamics.
I ensure neutrality, confidentiality, and balance between all parties involved.
Training and workshops
I also design and deliver training sessions and workshops for:
- schools and young people
- teachers and educators
- organisations and teams
Topics include:
- communication and empathic listening
- building understanding in conflict situations
- preventing peer violence
- developing dialogue and cooperation skills
All sessions are practical and tailored to the specific needs of the group.
